How it works

  • We check the official records and tell you the required documents and the official fee.
  • We survey the property on an agreed date using RTK GNSS equipment.
  • The file is submitted to the cadastral directorate for approval and the result is delivered to you.

I live abroad. Can you handle the work without me being in Turkey?
Yes. With a power of attorney issued at a Turkish consulate or a notary, we carry out the survey and paperwork on your behalf and send you the results with photos and the survey sketch by e-mail or Phone.
How much does a boundary survey (aplikasyon) cost?
Fees for licensed cadastral offices are set by an official tariff that is updated every year. Send us the block/parcel number (ada/parsel) from your title deed and we will tell you the exact fee before any work starts.
My villa is finished but the title deed still says “land”. What should I do?
After the occupancy permit (iskân) is issued, the building must be registered on the title deed through a “cins değişikliği”. We prepare the technical file required for this.
